Check In: 4 PM - Check in time may vary. 4 PM is not guaranteed. Early check-in is not guaranteed.
Check Out: 11 AM - Late check-out available until 12 pm

Wristbands required to use facilities
Check-In: While it is our sincere hope to get all guests checked-in by 4 PM, we are experiencing longer than normal wait times for check-in. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the date of arrival for a full refund for the deposit. We do not accept cancellations or changes via email or inquiry.
Reservation inquiries: All cancellations, changes and reservation inquiries must be made over the phone.
Pets: We are a pet-free facility. Pets are not allowed in any accommodation or anywhere on the property.
Parking: Parking in our lot is free to all visitors, but a (free) parking permit is required for overnight guests.
Amenities: The use of all amenities including Shadow Lake and our pools are for registered, overnight guests only. Wristbands are required to use the facilities. We do not sell or offer day passes for non-registered guests.
Smoking: We are a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted in any room, on any balcony or porch, or on any corridor. Those who smoke in their rooms or on the balconies are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping will not be servicing rooms daily unless requested. Please put in your request with the front desk at check-in or the morning of.
